Vegitrop Vanilla Muffin

Premix 1 kg
Water 500 ml
Oil/Butter 275 ml (250 g)


  • Place Water, Vegitrop Muffin Mix Vanilla and Oil in a mixing bowl and mix with flat blade at slow speed for 1 minute.
  • Scrape the batter and whisk at medium speed for 3 minutes.
  • Scale the batter into well-greased, cake pan or muffin moulds.
  • Bake at 190 °C for 25 minutes. Bakers can adjust time temperature combination as per type of oven for better results.
