Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Given the nature of our products, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:

  • Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
  • Has missing components/Contents
  • Is different from what was ordered

If any product received in any of the above condition please get back to us on support@instaoven.com with images and details of product.

Refund

  • After the return is accepted the refund is processed within 5 to 10 working days.
  • Refund would be made directly to customer’s Bank Account or original payment method.
